At UtilityHub, we treat user data with the highest standard of security. We never sell your personal information, never share your files with unauthorized third parties, never use your uploaded documents or images for machine learning model training, and never store your uploaded files permanently.
1 Client-Side Processing for Calculators & Formatters
Calculators and formatters on UtilityHub (including the Age Calculator, Percentage Calculator, EMI Calculator, Bangla Number Converter, and JSON Formatter) run predominantly or entirely in your local browser using client-side JavaScript. Your numeric entries, financial values, and confidential data payloads never leave your device unnecessarily.
2 File Processing Tools (PDF, Image Compression & Resizing)
When utilizing server-backed utilities like JPG to PDF, PDF to JPG, Image Compressor, or Image Resizer:
- Ephemeral Sandboxing: Uploaded files are written to isolated directories with cryptographically random identifiers.
- No Web-Accessible Paths: Raw files are never stored in public web-accessible roots; downloads are streamed using single-use tokens.
- Automated Deletion: Processed artifacts are purged immediately after download completion or automatically expired by our garbage collection daemon within 1 hour.
- Zero Content Inspection: We do not index, analyze, or train algorithms on the contents of your files.
3 Google AdSense, Cookies, and Advertising Partners
To provide all our tools completely free of charge without mandatory subscriptions or accounts, UtilityHub works with third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense.
- Third-Party Cookies: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to UtilityHub and other websites across the Internet.
